Vic Ramirez holds a law degree from the St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio. He has worked at the Texas Water Development Board and the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (now the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality). Vic joined the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) in 2000 and represents the authority in environmental, regulatory, administrative, and open government matters.

Laura Morrison has worked in government, the private sector, and nonprofits. She served two terms as an at-large Austin City Council Member, was an engineer and manager with Lockheed Martin, and led the Texas EV Education Project as Executive Director. She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in mathematics from the University of California and a graduate certificate in public health from the University of North Carolina.

Janet Pichette serves as the Assistant Director for the City of Austin Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Janet has worked in public health close to 40 years both at the state and local level, including Chief Epidemiologist and Assistant Director of the Epidemiology and Public Health Preparedness Division of Austin Public Health. She is currently working on a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
